This page explains how Jothsna uses cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, IndexedDB, pixels) on our marketing site and inside the signed-in app.
1. What cookies we use
Strictly necessary. Session tokens, CSRF protection, secure sign-in state. These cannot be disabled without breaking the platform.
Functional. Remembering preferences like playback speed, theme, and last visited lesson.
Analytics. Anonymized product analytics (PostHog) that tell us which features people use so we can improve them. You can opt out below.
Marketing. Attribution pixels used only when you arrive from a paid campaign. We do not run third-party ad networks.
2. Third parties
Cookies may also be set by:
- Firebase (authentication session)
- Google (Sign-in with Google)
- Razorpay (payment session and fraud prevention)
- Mux (video playback analytics)
- PostHog (product analytics)
3. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent you from using signed-in features.
To opt out of analytics only, visit Settings and turn off "Product analytics".
4. Changes
When we add new cookies to the platform we'll update this page and, for material changes, ask for consent again.
